Tell us whether the concern is standing water, damp soil, a plumbing leak or an odor. These observations do not all establish the same cause.
Plan safe review
Do not enter a wet or restricted underfloor area to get photos. Available reports and safely obtained pictures can help plan an appropriate site review.
Define a coordinated scope
Drainage, plumbing correction and building-material repair are separate tasks that may need coordination. A barrier or coating alone is not promised as a complete solution.
Photos help start the review. Access, concealed conditions and required professional review can change the construction scope.
